Oh wow, this is beautiful. 
There are just so many wonderful contrasts in it-the wispy hair and delicate, wrinkled skin against that stark black background, the pop of the blue eyes, the tautness of the oxygen tube versus the slackness of the skin. I love it! Thanks for sharing this!
